WELLNESS

Rooted in the rhythms of the WNC mountains and the spirit of this historic place, the Wellness Center will bring together yoga, bodywork, and intentional practice under one roof.

Whether you are seeking relief, stillness, connection, or simply a place to return to yourself, you will find it here.

WHAT’S COMING…

The Wellness Center at Osceola Lake Inn is on the horizon, a dedicated space for restoration, movement, and healing arts, where guests and community members alike will be invited to slow down and arrive fully.

We are assembling a curated roster of skilled practitioners, yoga instructors, massage therapists, energy workers, and more - each chosen for their depth of presence and commitment to care.

Our programming will serve both the traveler in need of restoration and the local resident building a sustainable wellness practice.

BOOK A CLASS

While the Wellness Center takes shape, intention is already alive at Osceola Lake Inn. We are currently offering yoga classes within the inn. We invite you to experience it now, and to grow with us as this vision unfolds.

OUR WELLNESS TEAM

A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over ten years of devoted practice, Rhea comes to teaching with a depth of experience and a deep reverence for yoga's capacity to reconnect us to ourselves. Her approach is simple and grounded: slow down, feel your body, and trust what you find there.

An avid gardener and lover of the Blue Ridge forests, Rhea finds her greatest teachers in the natural world — in cycles, seasons, and the wisdom of growing things. That same attentiveness infuses her teaching, where presence is the practice and every student is met exactly where they are.

Rhea is committed to creating yoga spaces that feel less like a class and more like a community — grounded, supportive, and alive.
