1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards. All charges are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Guests must comply with all inn policies and local laws.

6. Pet Policy

Select rooms are pet-friendly. Additional fees may apply. Pets must be well-behaved and supervised at all times. Please inquire about our pet policy when booking.

7. Liability

Osceola Lake Inn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
