Hi! I’m planning a family reunion for April 21–24, 2028, and I’m interested in potentially making your property our home base for the weekend. We expect approximately 80–100 family members total, although we do not need overnight accommodations for everyone. We’re happy to limit the overnight group to whatever your property can comfortably accommodate, with one luncheon for everyone. Most of our family is WNC/ Upstate SC, so this location is perfect for them to come and hang out for a few hours. Do you offer a full-property buyout or group booking, and if so, could you give me an idea of pricing for those dates and the number of overnight guests it could accommodate? Most importantly, are day guests permitted if they are not staying overnight? We would love to have the rest of the family join us at the property for part of the day. We’re also planning a short surprise vow renewal during the reunion. Would we be permitted to do that onsite, and is there a covered or indoor area that could work as a rain backup? We are not looking for a traditional wedding reception or elaborate event setup. No vendors, just everyone gathering around while we say vows. I know 2028 rates may not be finalized yet, so a current ballpark is completely fine. If you offer discounted pricing for a full buyout or larger group reservation, I’d love that information as well.
